PENDAHULUAN
Laporan
melakukan audit, yaitu membuat laporan keuangan auditor.
info lainya (termasuk pelaporan baru).
Untuk penjelasan lebih detail akan

keuangan (ISA 700 Revisi). Sumber data dalam penulisan ini menggunakan data

KAJIAN
PUSTAKA
ISA 700 sebelum refisi,
mengatur tanggung jawab auditor dalam merumuskan suatu opini atas laporan
keuangan.
Berdasarkan ISA 700 refisi,
deskripsi tanggung jawab auditor atas audit laporan keuangan terdiri dari (International Auditing and Assurance Standard Board,
2016):
1) Didalam
bodi laporan keuangan
2) Didalam
lampiran laporan auditor, menggambarkan tanggung jawab auditor untuk audit
laporan keuangan untuk sebuah lampiran laporan auditor, asalkan laporan auditor
harus mencakup rujukan pada lokasi lampiran. Adapun sebuah ilustrasi tentang
bagaimana rujukan lampiran didalam

INDEPENDENT AUDITOR’S REPORT
To
the Shareholders of ABC Company [or Other Appropriate Addressee]
Opinion
In
our opinion, the accompanying financial statements present fairly, in all
material respects, (or give a true and fair view of) the financial position of
ABC Company (the Company) as at December 31, 20X1, and (of) its financial
performance and its cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
We
have audited the financial statements of the Company, which comprise the
statement of financial position as at December 31, 20X1, and the statement of
comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash
flows for the year then ended, and notes to the financial statements, including
a summary of significant accounting policies.
Basis for Opinion
We
conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing
(ISAs). Our responsibilities under those standards are further described in the
Auditor’s Responsibilities for the Audit of the Financial Statements section of
our report. We are independent of the Company within the meaning of [indicate
relevant ethical requirements or applicable law or regulation] and have
fulfilled our other responsibilities under those ethical requirements. We
believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate
to provide a basis for our opinion.
Going Concern
The
Company’s financial statements have been prepared using the going concern basis
of accounting. The use of this basis of accounting is appropriate unless
management either intends to liquidate the Company or to cease operations, or
has no realistic alternative but to do so. As part of our audit of the
financial statements, we have concluded that management’s use of the going
concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the Company’s financial
statements is appropriate.
Management
has not identified a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on
the entity’s ability to continue as a going concern, and accordingly none is
disclosed in the financial statements. Based on our audit of the financial
statements, we also have not identified such a material uncertainty. However,
neither management nor the auditor can guarantee the Company’s ability to
continue as a going concern.
Responsibilities of [Management and
Those Charged with Governance or other appropriate terms] for the Financial
Statements
Management
is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of these financial
statements in accordance with IFRSs,41 and for such internal control as
management determines is necessary to enable the preparation of financial
statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or
error. [Those charged with governance] are responsible for overseeing the
Company’s financial reporting process.
Auditor’s Responsibilities for the
Audit of the Financial Statements
The
objectives of our audit are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the
financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether
due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes our
opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but is not a
guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with ISAs will always detect a
material misstatement when it exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud or
error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate, they
could reasonably be expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken
on the basis of these financial statements.
A
further discussion of our responsibilities for the audit of the financial
statements is included in Appendix X of this auditor’s report, which is located
at [indicate page number or other reference to location].
